Kapsimani Maria

I graduated from the Department of Civil Engineering of the Aristotle
University of Thessaloniki in 2013. In 2016 I completed my
postgraduate studies in Protection, Conservation and Restoration of
Architectural Monuments at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.

After the end of my studies I started working in technical offices
in Drama and Thessaloniki and in 2018 I opened my own office
Civil Engineering in Drama.

In the year 2021 I started working with important technical companies that
operate all over the country and I actively participated in large projects
of special buildings.

Since the year 2024 as a co-founder of the Circle of Engineers
office I offer my services in the whole range of civil
engineering work, planning, designing and constructing technical and
building projects of small and large scale.

Investigation of the urban planning status of small and large-scale buildings of any urban use.

Compilation of technical due diligence (Technical Due Diligence) to ensure that the prospective buyer is going to make a profitable investment.

In-depth knowledge of planning legislation and how each planning act is issued.

Personal Vision

The guiding principle of my professional career is respect for the environment and the cultural heritage of the country. My goal is to participate in the design and implementation of small and large scale, high quality projects with a low environmental footprint.
